Attached to the room is a private bathroom with bath and integrated shower, two basins, and a separate private toilet. Bathroom to be shared with a possible other student. The room is set in a 1930 villa with garden located in MEUDON BELLEVUE district, with a view on the Eiffel tower, within a 2-minute walk from the BELLEVUE rail station which serves Paris Montparnasse (and Versailles) in 12 minutes every quarter hour. In addition, about 700 meters, is the Brimborion Tramway station (line T2) to join PARIS. For subway fans, the bus 169 (2 minutes walk from home) leads to the PONT DE SEVRES metro station in 7 minutes. Owner speaks French, English, German and Greek. A small friendly dachshund lives in the house. Preference given to female English speaking individual but all applications will be considered. Ideal for business travelers and internships. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Tenant to keep own bedroom and bathroom clean.
